Trust & Safety Representative (SC Cleared)
We are supporting our client to secure an experienced professional to take a lead position in safeguarding platform integrity and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines deep technical capability with strong operational leadership skills.
Role: Trust & Safety RepresentativeRate: £640 per day (Inside IR35)Location: Bristol (fully on-site)Duration: Initial contract with potential to extend to 24 monthsMandatory: SC Clearance active or eligible
Key Responsibilities • Review user-generated, commercial, and advertising content across multiple applications. • Authenticate account ownership and ensure integrity of transactions, content, and platform interactions in line with local laws and regulations. • Act as a subject matter expert; support, guide, and coordinate team activity to ensure effective performance. • Make informed decisions on behalf of the team, collaborating across multiple internal functions. • Provide solutions impacting multiple teams and contribute to key business decisions. • Deliver training to colleagues on compliance and regulatory adherence. • Analyse content trends to identify risks, gaps, and areas for continuous improvement. • Produce regular reporting, insights, and recommendations. • Develop and implement best practice methodologies for content review processes. Required Technical Expertise • Advanced proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management (mandatory) • SAP Basis (highly desirable) • Experience with SAP/4 HANA Cloud Platform, Application Remediation, Engineering Support, and IT Troubleshooting.
