Responsibilities: Social media management: Help plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. Content creation: Design simple graphics, write captions, and adapt content for different platforms. Trend research: Discover hashtags, monitor competitor activity, and keep up with the latest social trends. Analytics basics: Learn how to track engagement, impressions, and reach. Team collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team, attend meetings, and contribute ideas. What we’re looking for: Creative and enthusiastic about social media. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus. Good communication and organisational skills. Additionally, the following experience would be beneficial: Basic website editing (WordPress). Simple email marketing layouts (Mailchimp). Understanding of paid social advertising fundamentals. Salary: £18,000 per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, options to work from home (one or two days a week max).
