VIQU have partnered with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to support a number of global technology transformation initiatives, including ServiceNow implementation, Copilot rollout, and iManage migration. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering impactful change across its international operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis across large-scale technology and process improvement projects.
* Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver initiatives including ServiceNow, Copilot, and iManage migration.
* Map and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Manage backlogs and changes using structured governance and change control.
* Support project planning and reporting, including risk and dependency management (RAIDDs).
* Ensure business requirements are clearly defined and accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on global-scale transformation programmes.
* Strong background in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
* Previous experience in the legal or financial services sector is highly desirable.
* Exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, or iManage projects.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to documentation and delivery.
