Vehicle SMART Repair Technician In Salisbury
Salary: Around £40,000 uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Due to business expansion, our client, one of the UK’s most successful independently owned automotive dealer groups, representing world-class car and motorcycle brands, is launching an exciting new SMART repair venture and is looking for experienced SMART Repair Technicians to join their facility in Salisbury.
Reporting to the SMART Repair Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Carry out SMART repairs, including minor panel damage, paintwork preparation, masking and polishing.
2. Mix and apply paint products to a consistently high standard.
3. Repair or replace damaged panels in line with manufacturer guidelines.
4. Maintain tools, equipment and a safe, clean working environment.
5. Assist with customer enquiries and repair quotations when required.
To be eligible, you ideally have previous experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician (either mobile or workshop-based) or have relevant transferable automotive accident repair experience with skills like repairing minor panel damage, vehicle re-spraying and prepping. You will have a strong attention to detail with pride in your workmanship, be able to work independently while supporting a growing operation, and be committed to health, safety, and outstanding customer care. A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
