To provide a booking service for all Outpatient referrals, to be able to organise appointments using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure patients are seen within the Trust and Government targets.

* Make outbound telephone calls and take in-bound telephone calls.
* Train to have an awareness of Medical terminology to enable appointment booking.
