About the Role
• Teach Key Stage 2 pupils in a supportive and well-resourced primary phase
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the school’s “progress for all” ethos
• Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, LSAs, and specialist staff
• Adapt high-quality planning and schemes of work to meet cohort needs
• Support pupils with SEND alongside a strong inclusion and pastoral team

• Weekly mentor meetings with trained ECT mentors
• Bespoke coaching from SLT and phase leaders
• Team-teaching, modelling, and follow-up support when needed
• A whole-school coaching approach – supportive, not tick-box
