A high-performing and valued secondary school in Manchester is seeking a motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting students who require additional academic help. Position Details:
* Full-time role starting in September for the new academic year
* Pay rate: £89-£95 per day, depending on experience
Role Requirements:
* Confidence working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to provide academic support
* Strong understanding of SEN and additional learning needs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience working with children or young people in educational or support settings is desirable
This role is ideal for Psychology graduates, aspiring teachers, and individuals with a support or social care background.
