ABOUT THE JOB
Recruitment Revenue is searching for a SDR Manager to lead, develop, and scale our high-performing sales organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing, coaching, and driving performance across our full sales team (SDRs and Account Executives). You'll be accountable for pipeline quality, outbound standards, conversion rates, and the consistent delivery of high-value opportunities and closed business for our clients.
You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance, setting standards of excellence across the funnel, and ensuring our setters and closers consistently deliver high-quality opportunities and results for our clients.
OTE: £36 000 - £60 000 + uncapped commission
