Salary: Up to £47,000 + Training Provided

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
* Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
* Maintain AHUs and FCUs
* Splits/multi-splits
* VRV/VAV/VRF
Package & Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary of up to £47,000
* Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card Provided (For Personal Use)
* Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
* Overtime Available

Requirements:
* Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
* F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
* 3+ years of experience xxuwjjq in Building Services and commercial environments
* Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Strong communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
