As an Oracle HCM Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and support of ESR (Electronic Staff Records). Oracle HCM experience (e.g Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Workflow, OLM, Oracle BI, SQL)
Experience working within an application support team
Exposure to querying, manipulating and configuring SQL
Knowledge of a help desk system and managing service requests / incidents/ problems
Establish good working relationships with clients and project teams
An understanding of ITIL framework
