We are working with a leading creative agency who are looking for a Studio Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the studio and making sure teams are resourced efficiently across design, development and marketing. You will be working closely with the heads of departments to manage capacity, balance priorities and keeping the projects running smoothly and on time. You will also be involved in monitoring utilisation, supporting planning and reporting and help to improve internal processes. You: Previous experience in managing studios or resource schedules in a busy digital and creative environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise workloads and make informed resourcing decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of creative workflows and project delivery This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised individual to play a key role in supporting a high-performing agency.
