Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact at a company with global reach.
What You’ll Do:
Amazon Operations (Vendor & FBA)
* Confirm and process Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders
* Input POs and FBA shipments into 3PL systems
* Manage tracking, shortages, discrepancies, and support cases
* Maintain accurate logs for shipments, inventory, and invoicing
* Analyse Amazon reports and update internal forecasts
* Plan replenishment shipments across UK, EU, and USA
Logistics & 3PL Coordination
* Liaise with third-party logistics partners across time zones
* Evaluate and book the most cost-effective shipping solutions
* Support relabelling projects and warehouse coordination
Retail & Cross-Functional Support
* Manage retail customer purchase orders from allocation to dispatch
* Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams
* Prepare documentation and ensure timely delivery
* Support product sample shipments and internal reporting tools
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain (Amazon experience a strong advantage)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
* Clear, professional communicator across teams and time zones
* A proactive doer who owns their workload and solves problems fast
Bonus Points
* Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and FBA
* Familiarity with 3PL systems and freight portals
* Consumer goods or e-commerce background
