We’re seeking an inspiring General Manager to take the helm of Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park. Since the 80’s, we’ve been captivating guests with mesmerizing marine life. This is a chance to lead an iconic attraction, driving operational excellence, unforgettable guest experiences and impactful conservation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Skills And Experience
* A proven track record in senior leadership roles, ideally at GM level within tourism, entertainment, or guest-focused sectors.
* Exceptional people leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to deliver amazing guest experiences.
* Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability while maintaining a guest-first approach.
* Strategic thinking with hands-on operational experience, enabling you to balance day-to-day management with long-term growth planning.
* Commitment to health, safety, and security, ensuring the well-being of guests and team members at all times.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across teams, partners, and the local community.
* Passion for sustainability and conservation, with the ability to champion SEA LIFE’s mission to protect marine life and the environment.
* Understanding of Weymouth’s unique culture and community dynamics is a bonus.
