Car Sales Manager - Wolverhampton
We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a professional and dynamic Car Sales Manager who can drive sales growth, motivate teams, and deliver exceptional customer service.

* £35,000 basic salary with uncapped commission, targeting over £70,000 OTE

Duties
* Manage the daily operations of the used car sales department
* Lead, support, and develop sales team members to achieve and exceed targets
* Conduct second-facing customer meetings and successful sales negotiations
* Ensure a high standard of customer service at all stages of the sales process
* Maintain compliance with FCA regulations (training provided)
* Drive and develop the used car sales strategy, including online and telesales channels
* Monitor sales performance and implement necessary improvements
* Report on sales activities and results to senior management as a Car Sales Manager
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Used Car Sales, preferably within a Car Supermarket environment
* Proven ability to close deals and meet performance targets
* Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Process-driven with great attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* FCA accreditation or willingness to attain it
* Professional, presentable manner with a customer-focused approach
