Our client is a highly successful B2B events business, delivering corporate events and conferences across the globe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Conference & Learning Content Manager to join their Warwickshire-based team on a full-time basis.
This role would suit a proactive, confident individual with a strong understanding of learning and development, and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation operating in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the events team with managing high-quality live events/conferences from design through to delivery.
Lead content meetings and maintain regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Travel to events globally, working onsite pre-event, during, and post-event as required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities and securing speakers.
Oversee team activity, manage deadlines, and ensure speaker recruitment targets are met.
Support junior team members, including resource planning and freelancer management.
Review and improve internal processes and deliver training where required.
Contribute content for social media and marketing activity. Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience within Learning & Development (L&D) as a Trainer, Facilitator or Event Manager, delivering corporate events to deadlines and budgets.
Strong experience in managing training events or corporate B2B events.
Excellent communication skills with a confident, adaptable approach.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and calm under pressure.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally (on average once to twice per quarter).
Must have a UK Driving Licence. Additional Information:
£30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
Office-based role with hybrid flexibility, after probation period
