I am looking for an Electrician to work across the North West and Midlands, covering key areas such as Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool for a leading social housing contractor. The Electrician will be working primarily on repair works in occupied homes, with occasional EICRs, on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
The Electrician will receive:
£26.50 per hour (CIS payments available)
Company van and fuel card
Quick and smooth onboarding process
Opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks
As the Electrician, you will be:
Carrying out reactive electrical repairs in social housing
Completing occasional EICRs
Liaising with tenants to ensure works are carried out effectively
Working independently and alongside other trades when needed
Electrician will need:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
AM2
18th Edition
2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
Experience working in occupied domestic properties
