Job title: Quality Lineside Engineer

Location: Broughton, Chester, UK

Job type: 12 month's Contract

Salary: £31 per hour Umbrella

Initially candidate with be on a standard day shift (no uplift), once fully trained they will move to the below shift

Double day shift pattern (alternating weeks)

Week of mornings - 6:00am - 1:10pm

Week of afternoons - 1:30pm - 8:40pm

20% shift uplift

We are seeking for a Quality Lineside Engineer to work with one of the top businesses that create, produce, and provide customers with aerospace goods and services. They oversee the production of commercial aircraft, including helicopters, spacecraft, and defence systems.

Required:

* Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, analyzing data sets and graphical information, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
* Proficient in problem-solving methodologies and tools such as PPS, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa to identify root causes and drive solutions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively while building and maintaining effective relationships.
* Experienced working within integrated, cross-functional teams, with a background in Quality or Engineering in major manufacturing industries (desirable).
