Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to work 2 days per week on a part-time basis, 4-5 hours per day over days. 9am-1pm (Can possibly be flexible on start times)
Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment authorisation
* Monitoring of Rental Payments and recording onto Software/Excel
* Communicating with Contractors/Tenants and Utility Providers on potential payments
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
* Utilise accounting software Sage, for data entry and reporting
* Collaborate with the MD to facilitate effective communication regarding financial matters
* Date input on receipts/invoices
Skills
* Proficiency in the SAGE accounting software is a must
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
