Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher ready to kick-start your teaching journey? We’re looking for inspiring ECT's to join our vibrant network of primary schools across Cardiff including Willowbrook Primary School, Pencaerau Primary School and more!
CoverStaff is a new platform which allows flexibility in where and when you work, whilst also allowing schools to manage bookings directly rather than the traditional agency model. So, whether you're looking to gain classroom experience, build confidence, or secure a long-term position, CoverStaff connects you directly with local schools offering flexible and rewarding teaching opportunities — all while earning a minimum of £166 per day!

Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECT status)
2. Strong classroom management and a love for teaching
3. Ability to inspire and engage learners
4. Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
