We’re working with an award-winning MEP contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare and mixed-use sectors
Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager to join the team in Leicester.
This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships, and driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
* Overseeing programme, cost control and project performance
* Managing client relationships and attending key meetings
* Driving quality, compliance and successful project delivery
* Supporting commercial teams with variations and project reporting
What they’re looking for:
* Previous experience within Mechanical Building Services /MEP
* Strong background delivering mechanical packages
* Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
* Ability to manage projects and people effectively
* Someone who takes ownership and enjoys problem solving
