Overview
We’re pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business & Digital Transformation Manager to join our newly established Transformation office at National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED). Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the delivery of digital and technology activity across NGED’s transformation programmes and wider business priorities. You’ll bring clarity and structure, providing senior leaders with clear insight into progress, milestones, dependencies and risks — enabling strong governance and informed decision‑making.
This role sits at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and IT & Digital teams to ensure digital priorities are aligned to transformation and other business outcomes and delivered at pace. The role offers a hybrid working approach—mix of home and office working. You can base yourself at any of our sites across the East Midlands, West Midlands, South West, or Wales, with travel to NGED locations 2–3 times a week.
