Location: Belfast and Craigavon – Onsite presence on both key customer sites one day per week. Customers are located in BT16 and BT63. Must have a full, clean driving license.

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will provide operational Customer Success within two of Konica Minolta's key NHS customers in Northern Ireland to drive C-Sat levels, improve customer intimacy and retention, and drive loyalty. You will drive additional revenue, volume and gross profit by introducing new service lines, increase Net Promoter Score, and support cross-sell and up-sell within the same account.

* Own and deliver Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews including KPI measurements, highlighting successes and risks
* Ensure delivery of Optimised Print Service methodology and Continuous Improvement to grow Konica Minolta loyalty
* Maintain and update the client’s Account Process Manual (APM) to reflect current services
* Review customer print utilisation per device to plan moves for efficiency
* Develop understanding of KM Optimised Print Services and Operational Delivery models
* Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback, sharing insights across the business
* Maintain understanding of contractual deliverables and achieve key performance targets
* Provide support to the wider CSS team for learning and skills development
* Follow development plans and knowledge of Printfleet, CSRC, and MI dashboards to support delivery
* Manage issues or escalations from customers or Konica Minolta management to resolution
* Coordinate with Local Service Partner to ensure hardware service and device moves are completed as required

Required skills and experience

* Experience building and presenting MI data for clients
* Ability to analyse data and summarise outputs
* Prioritisation and management of P1-type service incidents
* Knowledge of Konica Minolta office devices and current office machines portfolio
* Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with ability to manage data and extract insights
* Customer-facing experience
* Full clean driving licence
* Knowledge of Management Information software
* Knowledge of PrintFleet or similar print management solutions
* Knowledge of Y-Soft SafeQ or other print management solutions
* Experience in a service operations role
