We want an all rounder with excellent experience helping a business grow, managing and developing strategy, PR, communication, and everything in between.
A negotiable salary and bonus – home based but must be willing to travel (M62) – Get stuck into the business and really get to grips with the DNA.
This is a full-time role. Fast paced. Working directly with the MD, Ops Director and key stakeholders.
A group that is going from 2 sites to 5 sites in the next 12 months, with the target to be 10 over the next few years.
This is a stand-alone role for an authentic, all round marketing senior who is proactive, curious, creative and hard working!
The Role and candidate requirements are as follows:
* To develop the marketing function of this growing group as first through the door you will be very hands on!
* You will have experience in B2c and B2b marketing and have worked for a growing (SME) business in the past.
* You will have worked across comms, PR, digital, social media and implemented processes and automated process to generate results.
* You will be supported in almost everything you need within reason to build brand, revenue, occupancy and handle all things marketing.
* You will have good stability in 1-2 previous roles and be able to talk and demonstrate success over a 2–3-year period in a similar growth role.
* Support each home in their individual needs – evaluation sales pipelines across the group
* Commercial head on – All things must be approached with a commercial pov and help the homes work towards a better commercial understanding.
* Analysing sales & marketing data – to build a case for new sales activities and driving lead generation.
* Be hands on - At the homes when necessary or on Teams/Zoom to educate Home Managers
* Pro-active – Bringing stakeholders together to drive positive change, results and direction.
* Market and competitor research
* Actively promote the Groups vision – As part of the senior management team. Vision, Values, Behaviours.
