We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Darlington. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance, handling queries, and raising invoices for work carried out, while keeping our customers informed. You should have a passion for delivering first-class service and an organized approach to your work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
* Use initiative and work well independently.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
* Create and process job cards, checking for ongoing work.
* Check account details, available credit, and obtain relevant authorization.
* Provide timely updates to customers.
* Agree on timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion.
