Your new role As Manager, you will: Lead a small team and manage a portfolio of clients, including companies, sole traders, and individuals. Deliver comprehensive business management, accounting, and tax services. Review financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts. Act as the first point of contact for client queries and build strong relationships. Provide guidance to junior staff and support their development. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and firm procedures. Drive process improvements and contribute to the smooth running of the practice. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in practice. Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex client affairs. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Xero, Iris, and Alpha advantageous. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
