Key Responsibilities
* Support the store manager to drive sales, achieve KPI targets and execute store operations to the highest standards.
* Manage the merchandising of all product onto the shop floor and implement window and internal displays.
* Responsible for all store operations and team performance in the absence of the Store manager.
* Drive commercial excellence reinforcing and delivering high and standards of customer service.
* Act as a brand ambassador ensuring you and the team keep up to date with all new products and services.
* Lead train and develop your team to maximise their potential and create a culture to ensure the customer are at the centre of everything we do.
What we are looking for
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets.
The store is a Barbour partner store, operated by Cohesion Retail Group Ltd.
