An exciting opportunity to work within Bradford and District Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. You will work in a community-based multi-disciplinary team delivering a service to children, young people and their families in a supportive and lively team where differences in training are respected and valued. You will have the opportunity to contribute to leadership delivery of a modernised and comprehensive service.

Responsibilities
To provide a high standard of care through clinical risk assessment, mental health assessment, formulation and short-term contingency planning for young people presenting in Accident and Emergency departments in mental health crisis.
Work within the community delivering a range of face-to-face brief solution-focused interventions engaging service users, carers and families in decision making and signposting to health and social care resources for support.
Collaborate with the Intensive Intervention Team and other CAMHS pathways to facilitate appropriate intervention and care for clients and their families.
Please note the service is working towards offering a 7-day service which will require shift work on a rota basis in the future.
