What youll be doing
As Regional arcade engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing arcade and amusement machines. We are seeking an experienced Amusement Arcade Engineer with a passion for not only maintaining our current equipment but also driving the growth and expansion of arcade expertise within the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the arcade industry and excited to help shape the future of our business.
The role
As Regional Engineer you will need to perform routine preventative maintenance on arcade and amusement machines to ensure optimal functionality, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of equipment
As Regional Engineer you must have the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Proficient in managing spare parts, including ordering and installation when required.
Accurately document work performed, including repairs, parts used, and any other relevant details.
Assist in the development of venue team, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to ensure consistent maintenance standards across the company.
As Regional Engineer you must maintain clear and effective communication with the wider team, reporting any issues or updates as needed.
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Essential
A positive attitude and approach to the role.
Have at least 2 years experience as an Amusements Arcade Engineer
Clear communicator
Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable
Multi site experience
Electrical Engineering Certificate
Travel nationwide when required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday when required
Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support & site teams to include phone, email and Teams
On call rota weekends & Bank holidays
