Overview

The main purpose of this role is to contact customers and businesses to sell our products to them on a regular basis, required for a part time or full time role for a small family run business. Previous sales experience is essential. Full training will be given.

Applicants will need to have a lengthy proven sales experience on telephones and be competent with computers. It is key that the applicant has a caring, patient, confident and professional manner when dealing with customers on the phone.


Responsibilities

* Answering phone calls
* Inputting data
* Assisting with customer queries
* Taking orders
* Checking deliveries
* Answering e-mails
* Assist in operating our company Facebook page
* Cash handling
* Contact existing & current deliveries and supplying other products
* Credit control
* The role assiting supplying information of our suppliers with accounts and VAT this will be at beginning of the month and also end of the month, full training will be given


Qualifications

* An ideal candidate will have experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office, and be familiar with Facebook.


Working hours

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday between 9am to 5pm
Overtime opportunities available
