IT Service Desk Analysts are sought by an established FinTech software company undergoing a large digital transformation into AI and Automation.
The IT Service Desk Analyst is a front-line role, ideally suited at the intersection of traditional service desk operations. Candidates with experience in Azure AD, Intune, and PowerShell would be preferred.
This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a company open to change and improvement, including automating repetitive tasks to boost productivity.
Technical Overview:
1. Strong problem-solving skills, especially for issues beyond automation.
2. Experience with Microsoft end-user computing technologies, including:
3. Windows 10/11, Office 365, printing, LAN.
4. Intune application packaging and deployment, including OOBE.
5. Azure AD management (provisioning, permissions).
6. Service Desk ticketing systems, workflows, and modules (e.g., CMDB).
7. Scripting knowledge, preferably PowerShell.
This position offers an annual salary up to £40,000, a 15% bonus, 9% pension, private health and dental care, and more. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office per week.
