What we re looking for:
* QTS with a Humanities specialism (History, Geography, RE, Sociology or related subjects)
* Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
* Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
* A commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive and inspiring lessons
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
* ECTs are encouraged to apply
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering well-structured Humanities lessons that meet curriculum standards
* Encouraging critical thinking and curiosity about the world, culture, and history
* Assessing and tracking student progress, offering constructive feedback
* Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
* Contributing to school life and collaborating with colleagues to enhance student learning experiences
