This successful timber flooring business are recognised for innovation and quality. They are currently in a phase of rapid expansion and are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Manager to oversee daily operations within their wood finishing workshop.
This is a practical leadership role where you will work closely with the team on the workshop floor, maintaining high finishing standards while developing people and improving processes, whilst getting involved hands-on with wood finishing work.

THE ROLE:
*Oversee and partake wood finishing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved
*Manage team of wood finishers
*Ensure all H&S and Quality standards are being adhered to
*Drive CI incentives
*Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - days based role
THE PERSON:
*Production Supervising/Team Leading experience
*Hands-on wood finishing/machining
*Proven experience leading and developing teams
*Strong understanding of ISO9001 Quality and H&S standards
