The role:
Our client is seeking up to three Residential Support Workers to join our short breaks overnight service for children with additional needs, complex health requirements, and learning disabilities. You will provide high-quality care and support, helping each child meet their individual needs in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personal, emotional, and social care tailored to each child.
* Support education, health, and wellbeing outcomes.
* Maintain safeguarding standards and accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
What the client is looking for:
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (or commitment to complete within 12 months).
* Experience in residential care and supporting children with complex needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and OFSTED standards.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly and constructively.
