Bramfield CE Primary School are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the team.
You will assist classroom teachers with lesson planning, prepare resources, provide one-on-one or small group support, and observe/record developmental progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
* contributing to planning, implementation and evaluation of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication with parents and carers
* facilitating day to day caring and early learning needs
* assisting the class teacher to organise and supervise practical activities through interacting with children and supporting their learning both inside and outside
* setting up and clearing away materials and equipment, ensuring equipment is safe and in a suitable condition and that areas are safe and tidy
* carrying out and keeping up to date records using an online early year's assessment tool
* assisting all children with their care, health and welfare, which may include intimate care
* participating in preparing and helping children grow with us and to be the best they can be
* reading, understanding and implementing all policies and procedures relevant to your role.
