We’re looking to offer a salary of £23,000 per annum and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Answer customer queries with accuracy and in a timely manner over the phone and via email
* Liaise with carriers for booking in of inbound goods, and despatch via Nominated Carriers, within agreed operational windows.
* Liaise closely with the operations teams to fulfil customer requests
* Collate and produce reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience working within a customer service team
* Experience of dealing with transport networks
* Previous administrative experience/report production
* Confident and highly motivated with an excellent teamwork ethic
* Good English verbal and written communication
