Are you ready to lead a thriving team at the heart of our Holbeach Depot? As the proud home of our Sales, Service, and Parts teams - and the Group’s Used Equipment hub - Holbeach is renowned for its exceptional customer service and strong reputation across the Ben Burgess landscape.
We’re seeking a dynamic Service and Depot Manager to take the helm, driving operational excellence and inspiring our talented team. In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the depot, combining hands-on leadership of the service department with strategic oversight of all depot operations.

* Drive Success: take full accountability for depot performance, focusing on revenue growth and profitability within the Service department.
