What we are looking for:
* Someone wanting to work every weekend, or job share with another person

* Someone who would take pride in being a face of the home, who is often one of the first to welcome visitors
* Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people
Do you have the following?:
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
* Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families
* Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production
* Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email
