Work within Trade & Strategy to manage and align streams of work on Personalistaion and Supplier Strategy, ensuring we always serve customers, communities and the planet a little better everyday. Be agile in your approach, working across different areas of the business to ensure plans are aligned and will deliver our strategic goals/drivers. Engage with stakeholders across Tesco, working with others to deliver objectives and deliver measurable improvements. Understand how technology is key to our future and make sure digital is a part of key business decisions. Delivering the Commercial priorities for Personalisation, accelerating and unlocking our ability to secure Supplier Investment and enabling the Category and Media teams to drive growth for the business. Building our understanding of supplier needs and and priorities to ensure we build propositions and ways of working that reduce friction, enhance agility and make Tesco the priroity partner for our suppliers. Engaging with relevant subject matter experts, leading and motivating them to contribute to the delivery of the project. Managing risk and issues, and supporting a clear governance programme. Managing interdependencies and any potential conflicts, working with others to deliver the project objectives/scope and for the good of customers, colleagues & planet. Monitoring progress of delivery and updating stakeholders including business leaders on the deliverables. Achieving great results by inspiring, engaging and leading others; you make our customers and colleagues feel valued. Knowing your stuff, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm, the way you manage makes Tesco a great place to work and shop. Taking ownership of processes and systems, making sure they are effective and efficient; you spot issues and swiftly find the best simplest solutions. Understanding how technology is key to the future of Tesco, making sure digital is part of key decisions. Closing projects down once complete and completing a post implementation review, to understand the lessons learned, sharing these with stakeholders and ensuring continuous improvements on ‘the what’ and ‘the how’ is in place. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform / CDP or equivalent journey orchestration tools (1–2 years). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, design segmentation logic (SQL desirable), and optimise journeys. Detail-focused problem-solver with the ability to work at pace and manage multiple builds. Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and real-time / event-driven journeys. Awareness of GDPR and data privacy principles in a customer context.
