Delivering the Commercial priorities for Personalisation, accelerating and unlocking our ability to secure Supplier Investment and enabling the Category and Media teams to drive growth for the business. Engaging with relevant subject matter experts, leading and motivating them to contribute to the delivery of the project. Managing risk and issues, and supporting a clear governance programme. Managing interdependencies and any potential conflicts, working with others to deliver the project objectives/scope and for the good of customers, colleagues & planet. Monitoring progress of delivery and updating stakeholders including business leaders on the deliverables. Closing projects down once complete and completing a post implementation review, to understand the lessons learned, sharing these with stakeholders and ensuring continuous improvements on ‘the what’ and ‘the how’ is in place. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform / CDP or equivalent journey orchestration tools (1–2 years). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, design segmentation logic (SQL desirable), and optimise journeys. Detail-focused problem-solver with the ability to work at pace and manage multiple builds. Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and real-time / event-driven journeys. Awareness of GDPR and data privacy principles in a customer context.
