Programme Manager – IT Infrastructure & Migration (Contract | Inside IR35 | On-site) We’re supporting a global organisation seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure and migration programmes within a large, enterprise environment. This role sits at programme level and requires strong ownership across planning, governance, delivery coordination, and risk management for multiple concurrent initiatives. What you’ll be responsible for Leading and coordinating large-scale infrastructure programmes, including migration and integration initiatives Managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, and risk Planning and prioritising programme activities, gathering effort estimates, and tracking delivery progress Supervising internal teams and external suppliers across multiple workstreams Identifying risks and issues early, escalating where required, and driving mitigation actions Maintaining clear, accurate programme documentation and status reporting Supporting continuous improvement of programme methodologies and tools What the role requires 10 years in IT Infrastructure programme/project management, with strong experience in largescale migrations, data centre moves, cloud adoption, and postmerger integration. Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Proven ability to manage large, complex programmes with multiple stakeholders Experience using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence Confident communication skills for working in an international environment Ability to plan workloads, influence stakeholders, manage suppliers, and deliver against clear objectives
