About You
As an Attendance Improvement Officer, you will be dedicated to increasing levels of pupil attendance and punctuality, supporting the development of a positive culture of attendance. Our ideal candidate would have:
* Experience of working with children and parents in a school setting
* Excellent people skills and the ability to form good relationships
* Experience of using and maintaining a database such as Arbor
* Flexibility and adaptability
About the Attendance Team
The Attendance Team at The Hart School is a department consisting of 3 members of staff. They work closely with the wider pastoral team, as well as students, families and other staff, and are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment. The team is approachable, proactive, and deeply invested in helping students overcome barriers to learning and to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
