Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
* Ensuring that the business is in the right location, at the right rent, with the right level of flexibility.
* This will need technical knowledge along with tenacity and the ability to focus on the overall commercial deal.
* Ability to work with the business and our solicitors a necessity.
Acquisitions
* Work with the acquisition team to undertake inspections of possible sites.
* Negotiate new leases where necessary. Mitigate risks on existing leases that we are taking over.
Relocations
* Work with the business to find suitable premises for business relocations.
* Negotiation of new leases. Working with facilities to co-ordinate move timings.
Commercial Property Management
* Undertake L&T work for our commercial property management landlords.
Mentoring
* Helping our graduate, improve his L&T skills
