YOUR MISSIONS:
As part of the development of SII UK, we are strengthening our commercial team by welcoming a Senior Business Manager.
You will play a key role in the success of the SII UK project, combining commercial skills, recruitment, and management. Your daily activities will focus on two main areas:
Business:
* Manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability
* Prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification
* Responding to tenders, negotiating client contracts
* Maintaining relationships with key accounts
Recruitment and Management:
* Contribute to the recruitment plan
* Participate in candidate selection and interviews
* Support and manage your team members
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ADVENTURE:
* Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
* First commercial and recruitment experience
* Strong listening and organizational skills
* Dynamism, rigor, ambition, and responsiveness
