Overview
Required for January 2026
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a highly motivated, caring and creative professional to join our team. Across the Federation we are committed to high aspirations and inspiring pupils. Adults and children work together and create an environment in which everyone can flourish and achieve their true potential, both academically and socially. Our Foundation Stage approach is underpinned by the principles of 'planning in the moment', enabling practitioners to respond sensitively and effectively to children's interests and developmental needs. We believe that learning happens most powerfully during moments of curiosity, challenge, or engagement. Skilled adults use professional judgement to interact meaningfully, seizing each teachable moment to extend learning and support progress. If you are keen to work within a school community which celebrates cultural diversity, values community and strives to provide the very best opportunities for every child, then our Federation could be the place for you!
The role would suit ECTs or experienced teachers.
What we offer
* Dedicated and supportive staff.
* A positive, caring and forward-thinking atmosphere.
* Work life balance and staff wellbeing initiatives.
* An active role in contributing to the shared vision of the Federation.
* Opportunities for self-development across both schools.
* An empowering ECT induction programme.
Are you
* Highly motivated and hardworking?
* Committed to high quality learning and able to promote high standards of pupil achievement?
* Creative and have a sense of humour?
* Dedicated to the life of our school community?
