Role Purpose
With a firm commitment to exceptional customer service and high performance standards, as a Customer Service Agent, you will be joining our team as a customer-facing ambassador for our global aviation partners. You will provide an excellent pre-flight experience, checking in and boarding passengers, processing their luggage, and managing other travel-related items.
What You Will Be Doing
* Provide exceptional customer service according to Menzies and airline-specific standards to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of their journey.
* Ensure safety and security are never compromised.
* Check customers' travel documentation along with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
* Process customers using automated DCS or manual systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, company, and airline requirements.
* Perform general lounge functions, including welcoming guests and handling passenger queries or upgrades.

What We Are Looking For
