We are currently looking for a Head of Amazon Sales for Nutravita at our Maidenhead office.

Role and reporting
The role reports to the Digital Marketplaces Sales Director, with skip-level reporting to the Managing Director of Global e-Commerce.
Your responsibilities
* Set the strategy and lead the delivery of commercial performance against annual and monthly top-line sales and bottom-line profitability targets. Full accountability for Nutravita sales on Amazon and sustainable commercial outcomes while maintaining a category-leading position.
* Lead and mentor a team of Amazon account managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Lead and set promotion strategies (including Prime Day and Black Friday) with eRevenue Growth Management to achieve revenue, profit, ROI and customer acquisition targets.
* Collaborate with GTM marketing and brand teams to launch NPD on Amazon and optimize keyword ranking, pricing, volumes, and reviews.
* Participate in regular strategy and performance review meetings and report on KPIs and initiatives.
* Manage the relationship with the Amazon marketplace consultant to ensure strong engagement on the partnership.
* Work cross-functionally with brand, operations, finance, performance marketing, and other sales teams on day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
* Provide commercial forecasts using internal forecasting and planning systems with high accuracy.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in leading ecommerce growth with at least 7 years on Amazon.
* Combined seller and vendor experience focusing on Amazon Seller Central; Vendor Central experience is a plus. Experience on other marketplaces is helpful.
* Strong track record of delivering annual sales targets in a profitable manner; able to own ambitious 5-year growth plan.
* Strong people leadership skills; experience managing at least 2 account managers and growing teams.
* Knowledge of Amazon Advertising ecosystem and ability to collaborate with an Amazon Advertising manager for sustainable outcomes.
