Project Co-Ordinator for a Technology BusinessSalary: 30-32k a year Hybrid (1 day in office), permanent, full time, Birmingham basedThe Responsibilities -Coordinating project activities -Maintaining project plans, timelines, reports, and budget delivery -Producing and updating method and risk assessments -Ensuring project documentation is of standard -Supporting with audits and quality management initiates Assisting with continuous improvements and policies -Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries, monitor schedules, and obtain quotations -Tracking supplier performance and communicating any issues -Maintaining accurate records of operation for each project -Co-ordinating and implementing energy efficient and sustainability practices throughout the project life cycle -Ensuring contracts database is up to date and compliance is met across the projectsThe Experience For this role, prior experience working within project administration, project co-ordination or good levels of high co-ordination would be essential for this role, a willingness to provide great service and a good work ethic is key for this role!If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
