What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy: Develop and execute your own paid media strategy across various ad platforms including Google, Meta and Amazon.
Campaign Management: Oversee daily optimisation of campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met and continuously improved.
Budget Optimisation: Work with the marketing manager to allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
Experimentation: Establish a data-driven approach, continuously testing, optimising, and refining campaigns to maximise reach, engagements, and conversions.
Reporting: Produce regular reports/dashboards to communicate campaign insights to key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Paid Media Expertise: You have proven expertise growing ad accounts across platforms such as: Google, Meta, Amazon and Tik Tok.
Ambition: You think big and are eager to learn. Constantly finding new ways to stay ahead in a packed digital landscape.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You’re highly analytical, using various performance tracking tools to optimise campaigns and improve key metrics.
