We are hiring for our client, a highly successful and highly automated manufacturing facility based in Lurgan, who are seeking a Dayshift Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.
This Dayshift Maintenance Engineer role offers a rare opportunity to work Monday to Friday, days only, within a modern, automated environment where engineering excellence and continuous improvement are central to the operation.
The successful Dayshift Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production through effective planned and reactive maintenance.

The Role
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on automated production equipment
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards
* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
The Person
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or automated setting
* Electrical or mechanical background (multi-skilled advantageous)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
* Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
