Position: Project Management - Strategic Site Development (12-Month Placement)
Location: Goodwood, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars
Start Date: July 2026
Role: Internship in project management within the Home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, focusing on strategic site development and Bespoke capacity improvements.
What Awaits You?
* Support, coordinate, and manage daily tasks within the Project Management Office.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, processes, and project rules.
* Lead specific long-term projects as part of the overall programme.
* Assist in planning workshops, team-building events, and site visits.
* Manage project communications, including internal websites and briefings.
What Should You Bring Along?
* Currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Project Management, or similar and are on track to achieving a 2:2.
* Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office.
* Proactive, curious, with high attention to detail.
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to exciting projects.
