Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the Events, Tech, and Security Teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold the venue's vision, values, and objectives.
* Oversee all aspects of health, safety, and compliance, serving as the venue's Health & Safety Representative and ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors.
* Manage the planning and delivery of events, providing operational leadership and acting as Executive on Duty when required.
* Oversee building maintenance and contractor performance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, and service delivery.
* Manage operational budgets and contribute to the venue's strategic goals as part of the senior management team.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in senior management across Events, Estates, Facilities, or Operations within stadium or large‑scale event environments.
* Expert knowledge of event and building management, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and Health & Safety compliance.
* Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships at every level.
* Highly organised and a clear communicator, able to keep teams aligned and informed.
* Tech‑savvy and systems literate, confident using IT tools to streamline operations.
